Against long-term care of elderly citizens. Millions of families are against payments for children. Against the construction of more than 4 thousand FAPs, against the construction of roads. School buses will travel and take children to normal schools. Your programs were written only to get into the State Duma. The popular program of "United Russia" is not a competition of numbers, but the number of people who need support and receive it. The people's program was written in order to solve people's problems, and today all voters will see it, ”Andrei Makarov emphasized. First of all, budget funds will be used to pay benefits to families with children and social contracts, provide schoolchildren with hot meals. In accordance with the instructions of the President, the mother capital will be indexed. Already in 2022, it will amount to 503 thousand for those who had the right to this measure of state support before January 1, 2020. And 665 thousand - for those whose second and subsequent children were born after. Also, scholarships, salaries of military personnel and law enforcement officers will be indexed. And in general, all social benefits. They directly depend on the subsistence level, which was increased in accordance with the President's amendments to 12,654 rubles. The minimum wage will also rise. These changes will affect more than 16.5 million of the poorest citizens. An increase in spending on education is envisaged: in 2022 they will amount to 1.2 trillion rubles, by 2024 - already 1.34 trillion. Key areas - the school construction program, according to which 1,300 educational institutions will be built; overhaul of schools - 1,500 annually; deliveries to the regions of school buses; payments for classroom guidance to teachers and tutors in technical schools and colleges. Funding is provided for additional places in schools - in 2022 it is almost 50 billion rubles. Opportunities for development will be given to organizations of secondary vocational education, including for retraining teachers and updating the material and technical base. Funding for health care will grow significantly. The modernization of primary care and a medical rehabilitation program were provided. Funds have been pledged for the delivery of ambulances to the regions and 500 mobile medical complexes in small towns and villages. Integrated rural development projects have also been funded. This is the development of agriculture and agricultural markets, the creation of modern social infrastructure and the development of sports, the renovation of culture houses and museums. The implementation of programs that help to attract specialists to remote areas will continue - Zemsky Doctor (6 billion rubles in 2022) and Zemsky Teacher (1.1 billion). Funds are provided for the repair of regional roads - 30 billion rubles from 2022. Financing has been pledged to improve housing conditions. 72.5 billion will be allocated to the program of liquidation of hazardous housing, recognized as such as of January 1, 2021, in 2022 alone. This will help to resettle more than 11 million square meters. Support for individual housing construction is provided - 11.5 billion in 2022, after - 13.9 billion. It also finances the construction and modernization of municipal infrastructure in the regions, primarily - modern sewage treatment facilities and storm water, including on the Black Sea coast, including Crimea. When considering the budget, expenditures were significantly adjusted. At the initiative of United Russia, funding for socially significant areas increased by 107 billion rubles. In particular, at the suggestion of the party, an additional almost 7 billion rubles are allocated for providing housing for the disabled, almost 1.5 billion rubles for the long-term care program for the elderly, another 2.3 billion rubles for providing drugs to HIV-infected people, and 3 billion rubles for support of youth employment. This will help increase the employment rate of graduates to 92%. Also, the amendments of "United Russia" provide for additional funds for road repairs and will increase state support for non-profit organizations, to repair at least 100 thousand square meters. m of university dormitories and increase subsidies for preferential air travel for residents of the Far East.
