“Based on the results of the meeting, the deputies of the United Russia faction decided to join in joint work with MGIMO experts to develop proposals to stimulate the development of startups among students, a grant system to attract young people from domestic universities to actively participate in the development of technological entrepreneurship even at the stage of their studies. They also discussed the issues of opening Russian schools and lyceum classes in foreign schools, training specialists in the agricultural sector, agricultural attachés who are ready to work at a high professional level abroad and represent the interests of Russia.
